Maiden Scotland at The IronworksConcert
28 April 20:00 - 29 April 02:00
Maiden Scotland are delighted to be returning to The Ironworks in Inverness and are pleased to welcome local metallers Slioch as support.
Maiden Scotland are one of Europe's most established tributes to British Rock Legends Iron Maiden.
Formed in 2003, Maiden Scotland have been bringing the classic sounds of the beast to audiences all over the UK and beyond ever since. Featuring the powerhouse talents of Martin Jakubski on vocals. His singing credentials are second to none, having performed Iron Maiden songs for ten years now, Martin also sings with original Marillion guitarist Steve Rothery in his solo band.
Recreating the duelling twin guitars of Iron Maiden are the Mitchell bros. They have performed in bands together since they were 15, you will not find a tighter and more accomplished sound that pays tribute to the glorious guitar tones of Adrian Smith and Dave Murray. Maiden Scotland's 'Arry on bass is Glasgow stalwart Allen Bell who nails the classic Harris gallop. Bringing up the rear on drums is Mark”Boomer”Bray recreating the bombastic drumming of Nicko McBrain.
Maiden Scotland are a full on rock band in their own right. They are not a cabaret act. You will see no ebay wigs or ill fitting costumes. This is about the music and performance and paying homage to one of the greatest rock bands the world has ever seen.
