• Highland Leadership Project Drams

  • 22 February 09:00 - 12:00
  • Values are a key influence on why we do the work we do and how we go about doing it, yet they are something we often give little attention to on a day to day basis.

This HLP Drams Workshop is an opportunity to step back and explore the effect values have on motivation and fulfilment at work in a practical and relevant way. We will use reflection and conversation to examine our own perspectives and how these interact with personal and organisational success. This will link to some concepts on how we make decisions in our work and lives, with some consideration on developing process and skills for this. The HLP Dram gives you a flavour of how the HLP works and our approach to leadership development that is relevant to Highland organisations and is ideal for aspiring leaders, experienced leaders or anyone who has an interest in developing leadership capacity within their organisation.

In keeping with our active and experiential approach please be prepared to be a little active, and if the conditions allow, outdoors for some time.

Your facilitator will be Simon Coker from the Highland Leadership Project.
